well i didnt read what was in the blue box, i thought he was just quoting things, second i don't believe anythin sinbad says so i took what ever he said and figured it was wrong without thinking much about it, i kinda skim past everythin he says i find it pointless as it seems that he would rather go after and attack someone than provide information, it seems he is conjuring up ways to call people names that shows that he/she is inadaquate of a mature conversation, any adult with some pride, dignity, and inteligance wouldn't be name calling in such a way, it is needless, pointless, and i dont take it seriously and anything they say seriously, in many cases when adults say things like that it is because they are trying to cover something up such as a lie, inabilities, and other things, but no need to lecture, sinbad will never learn that there are more productive ways to have arguements if he keeps name calling

sinbad is it your goal in life to go after people and call them names? its not funny anymore, after a certain age its not cute anymore, leave the little kids to the name calling, name calling is never a good thing, but little kids need to learn and that sometimes it takes a little longer than expected, other kids take longer to grow out of that period, however they all realize at one point that it isn't acceptable, it seems like your still having difficulty getting to this stage

i wouldnt call someone a wuss for going to the admin due to someones inability to handle themselves in a mature manner, there can be advantages such as you will understand that insults will not be tolerated and that you may behave acceptably and learn that name calling and putting people down is a bad way to go around situations

Madman Marz has not even retracted his statement that the Warsaw Convention says that the Op was fully compensated. That had to be a deliberate lie because there is nothing at all in the Convention or any of its amendments that could possibly be interpreted to say that hotel and meals are compensation.

Sinbad: I’m glad to see someone on here who is not an addition to that 66% of this board who, either blindly, or better than 50% of the time, supports anti-customer (US-based) airline behavior. Having said that it’s important to remember the remaining 33% is significantly “outnumbered.” Put another way, we (the 33%) are fighting with one hand tied behind our back. For the foreseeable future the “other side” will ALWAYS get the last word in---whether it’s by hitting the “report” button (for bogus reasons, or otherwise) or just by “mobbing” a “pro-customer” poster.

Given this state of affairs it’s sometimes necessary to take a strategic retreat and ignore the statements from those who no longer have the airport police at their beck and call and just plain wise a** and drunken comments.

In an ideal world there would be, at least, three posters on this board who would be booted-off. But that’s not going to happen. That’s not to say we need to run-up the white “surrender” flag. I think my posts certainly reflect the latter view. However we, on the “pro-customer” side, need to be aware the other side is relentlessly looking for “openings” in which they can turn our own swords against us. Thus our posts should be so guided.

Stand-by for “return fire” from the “other side.”

Unless you have read previous posts where posters have been banned for much less than what you've done, please don't call it whining to the mod. The mod, in fact, has encouraged the members to bring attention to posts just like yours. I have done so with you in private with the admin and also in public in this thread. I see another member has also contacted a mod about your behavior.

Clearly, with the lack of action by the mod, it is not a level playing field. It would seem (but I could be wrong) that non-airline employees and non-airline sympathyzers have freedom of speech. I sincerely hope that we can be enlightened if the rules have been relaxed on personal attacks.
