ac 135 from toronto flyt from hell

just got off night run from toronto 135 to edmonton. won't fly air torture again.I was amazed at they way you people can't disguingish the difference between a carry on and a steamer trunk for the overheads. let's talk about loading load 20 and higher and 5,6,7,8, ect. load before called # don't your people know how say just wait your turn sir. I had a back injury and was in a back brace I got no special ass.. The cabin was hot asked the bald stuartess if the heat could be turned down repeatedly, the cool bald headed stautess replied I was hot cause I just came back from Jamaica. by the way I had a cheap thermometer in my carry on temp was above 82 degrees. dry hot air is all we got at row twenty, till I ventured for a ****, poor statuses had no heat in the galley where they spent most of their time on their laurels between pestering common folk to buy a ****ty 6 dollar beer that was frozen and undrinkable. oh they gave me a replacement beer but it tasted like one that rolled around in the back of my pickup all winter. my wife asked for a soda the statuses replied what's wrong liver shut down my wife does not drink I'm the sinner and am no quitter, but will make a exception in air canada....

perhaps you could edit this so that it would be more understandable. BTW, what is statuses? You mean stewardess or actually flight attendant? Oh and "until I ventured for a ****" wow...that pretty much says it all right there . I need'nt say any more.

It is a terrible indictment of the airline industry that you took this flight and got "no special ass". I don't know what the industry is coming to.

Message from Rick's Wife

I took the flight from Toronto to Edmonton, AC135 May 4/5 2012 and found it very uncomfortable. I repeatedly told the airline attendants how hot it was and was ignored or given flip remarks. I overheard other passengers complaining as well of the heat, I know they served a lot of water on that flight. I did not see one passenger with any type of jacket or blanket on, that's very unusual for a night flight. I'm not sure if there was a malfunction with the heating or if it was the preference of the crew, I just didn't appreciate the lack of concern for passenger comfort and rude comments. I know the food situation is awkward, but many passengers including myself were aware that we needed to be prepared or to purchase food on board. With this being said perhaps a better idea for a night flight would be for passengers to push their attendant button if they want to purchase something rather than the flight attendants having to roll randomly up and down the aisles waking everyone up.
One other thing I noticed is the amount and type of carry on luggage has gotten out of hand. The overhead bins are filled to capacity with many small suitcases of travelers not wanting to check their luggage. Although the bags way meet the size criteria (some not), it appeared many of the bags would exceed the carry on weight. I think this is a safety hazard when loading and removing, I saw one woman get hit with one when someone was trying to get it down from the overhead bin and the person couldn't handle it's weight.

On the positive, the flights were on time and the seats were fairly comfortable.

Pattis maybe I am not the smartest carpenter out there. I knew enough not too make a Sean on your space craft or you would have booted me off as for the bald stuardess he was a skin head and he was surely. Sorry I used the word **** but it does say it all. I flown with air Canada twice and that is 2 times too much. The first time was too Hawaii and they wanted me too volunteer to take the next flight as they had over booked. Me with the wife and 2 young children. No there won,t be a next. Out of 25 air excursions this is the first time I have taken pen in hand. Please start a new leaf and try to serve your customers with respect and not a air.............
