Missing miles - AGAIN !
 

Hi,

As October flight last year took 6 months and about 100 emails to get my miles credited - now an April flight I took to Bangkok hasn't been credited - Etihad immediately removed the miles needed for the upgrade I requested but no miles credited for the flights I took.

Can anyone in here help? Its a complete turn off that I have to do so much work to get miles credited and Etihad take months to reply to any contact - I've been a Gold card holder for a few years but it seems that you just get penalised by them for being a frequent flyer - it disgusts me to give money to a company that couldn't care less about its customers so I vote with my wallet and have booked my next 6 flights with other airlines.

In the meantime I am undertaking my journey again to get my miles credited - if you could help me it would be much appreciated and may go some way to repairing my disgust with Etihad - however in all honesty I don't hold out much hope but will continue to keep my fingers crossed.

Cazzi requested my flight details which I forwarded this morning - within a couple of hours 1 received 2 emails from Etihad guest program confirming that the miles had been credited and more importantly the reason they had not been credited in the first place - I'm absolutey amazed and delighted at such a rapid response - I just wished I had forund this website a year ago :-)

Cazzi - thankyou for making this happen and taking away the stress of having to go through months of emails - its genuinely appreciated and I will pass on this positive message to anyone who will listen.

You are a credit to your role and to Etihad - I hope they value you as much as I do :)
