87-year-old lady falls due to the bad customer service while checking in!
 

I am writing to complain in the strongest terms about a horrible evento that happend a few hours ago at Guarulhos airport, São Paulo, Brazil!
Tonight I took my 87- year-old -grandmother to Guarulhos airport, she is now on her way to Houston!
While she was checking in, I was helping her with her baggage when a member of United Airlines staff asked me to step back!
I did it. However I was sure that the employee would help her with her baggage!
That did NOT happen!
He left her alone carrying a hand bag, a big suitcase and a smaller one.
How was she supposed to carry everything on her own???
To make a long story short: She fell with the 3 bags and hurt her arm!
I guess there's nothing more to say about it!
