With full of confidence, my wife and I chose “Royal Air Maroc” for our trip from Beirut to Casablanca and return.
Our intention was to use the business class for the whole trip as we prefer that due to my case as handicapped using a wheelchair, but unfortunately there were no vacancy so we forced to reserve on the economy class.
Few hours before the flight, we understood that there is availability in business class but for the return journey only – Casablanca/Beirut.
We had an impression given to us that the extra fare for upgrading will be about 30% of the economy class but was so shocked to know that the upgrading only for the return will cost extra 170% of original fare each and just for return journey. So we tried to keep the entire trip as it is and as original by economy class, unfortunately that was also impossible as by that time the office in Beirut was closed and no way to cancel new booking and keep the original booking as it was already cancelled. Consequently, we forced to pay that huge extra charge.
Our trip from Beirut to Casablanca by economy class and return from Casablanca to Beirut by business class cost us about US $ 2,500 each. We are sure that this is the most expensive fare for this rut ever.

Over and above, upon arriving Casablanca, another shock was waiting for us. No baggages arrived! It was really a bad experience. It was completely inconvenient trip and I honestly; for anyone, not wishing this bad experience with Royal Air Maroc.
