Etihad and makemytrip.com worst ever
 

We made a reservation for a family of 4 to travel from CLE to HYD in July. Unexpectedly my mother got very sick in a hospital so I have been trying to fly sooner than Jul 5th, 2012 but to my disbelief, Travel agent says they dont have any seats avaialble and cannot do anything. Called Etihad 3 times and they say since its the agent they cant do anything although they can see seats available. I have spent 5 hours between these two useless, trash companies who may have used "No" atleast 15 times. They suggest me I should cancel, forfeit my money and make a new resrevation with Etihad. Thats the only way I can travel sooner to visit my mother in hospital.
