Flight issue
I flyied on 20th June with Lufthansa airways from India (DEL) to Munich (MUC) and from Munich (MUC) to Manchaster (Man). While Munich (MUC) to Manchaster (Man) there is no veg food facility, therefore i haven't got anything to eat for lunch.
This is my first experience with lufthansa and it ends up with bad result. Anyone can look into it and confirm if this will be the same case for next time. As i need to fly back to india on 23rd Septemeber. My flight details. From (DEL) to (MUC) on 20th June. Flight Lufthansa (LH) 763 From (MUC) to (MAN) on 20th June, Flight Lufthansa (LH) 2502  From (MAN) to (FRA) on 23rd Sep, Flight Lufthansa (LH) 941 From (FRA) to (DEL) on 23rd Sep, Flight Lufthansa (LH) 760 |

Usually though the snack has no meat, and having travelled hundreds of times with LH I have never seen a snack with meat on short haul routes. However to be on the safe side , I recommend you take something with you small just in case though. |
The flight from Munich to Manchester is about 2 hours, so it is not such a big deal, but you will be typically offered a sandwich and yoghurt, or a sandwich and fruit. The sandwich is usually either ham or cheese. I realise neither of these might be considered vegetarian due to the rennet, you still have the fruit and/or yoghurt and biscuit, plus a free drink including alcohol.
Most airlines don't offer anything, so I think the Lufty offer is not too bad. You may even be able to request a Vegetarian snack.... in the grand scheme of things, I think it is a reasonable offering. |
