Missing miles and no response from retro nor guest
 

I am missing quite a few miles.
One lot from a Jet airways partner flight when my partners where credited but not mine and 3 family members missing from 3 flights. I have sent the information to the retro email and to etihad guest but I seem to be struggling to get this resolved.
Can anyone assist please?

Missing Miles
 

Hi,

I am in the same boat (or Aeroplane!)

My flights in early June from New zealand to England and back must have totted up a good 28000 air miles, I have managed to claim two of the 6 flights, but for some reason cannot get the other four!

I have emailed twice and rung recently, this has now been over a month.

The phone call I was told they would be added within 7 days. that expired today and still no points!

I really want to claim something that is listed as stock running out!

Please help! Etihad Representative, I have DM'd you, do yu need any more information?
