Qatar airways Passinger service
Greetings,
I'm a frequent flyer for Qatar airways since long time, Emirates, and British airways but we had a bad experience on the 18th June 2012 from Doha to Bahrain flight QR 158, ETKT 157-2311706785. I'm traveling since 20 years, but this is the first time I had a flight cancellation! Our flight QR 158 was at 19:25pm, when we arrived to the check-in counter at 16:40pm, the QA staff informed us that our flight is cancelled! And your flight will be at 21:30pm (QA 156)! For Qatar airways or QA staff it is maybe easy to inform us on the spot without considering the impact on us, since we are 7 passengers (2 Adults, 4 children, and 1 enfant)!!!. Without any earlier notification for the flight cancellation? Which we can stayed at our Hotel to avoid the hassle & trouble we went through that day! I'm really disappointed with quality of service! I think this will be my last flight with Qatar Airways because of this experience and this is the only thing I can do from my side to feel that the cost/compensate of my family tickets is not worth it. Qatar Airways - Terrible Customer Service
I don't blame you Hisham. I flew with Qatar for the first time two months ago from Singapore to Paris and experienced terrible problems with them, especially with their lack of customer service and problematic on-line check-in system and the worst thing is that they were completely indifferent and did not even acknowledge any of the problems when I raised the issue with the Customer Relations Department.
I will never fly with them again and they have been added to our Company's black list. |
