Ukraine International Airlines damaged my luggage and tried to steal from my bag
 

It's not the only complaint for Ukraine International Airlines, they always do very crappy job and provide lousy service, but this is so outrageous, that I can't be silent. I flew from Barcelona to Kyiv in business class. My relatives persuaded me to warp my bags in Bracelona airport, as UIA is known for opening customers' bags and stealing items. Since I was flying business class, my bag was marked "priority" and was supposed to arrive one of the firsts. It arrived last, actually all the bags arrived, then there was a delay of about 5 minutes, and only then my bag arrived - the handle of the bag was completely torn off (not sure how they managed to do that on a new Samsonite bag), the wrap was completely torn from the side (probably they were afraid to tear it completely from the whole bag, as the wrap was sealed with "guarantee" sign). As I understand, they tore the wrap from the side of the bag to try to open it from the side, but couldn't open it. And since they were "working" on my bag, it was delayed... Make your conclusions about this ***** airline...
