United is the worst airline EVER F 451
Suppose to leave Newark to Vegas at 345pm
Flight looks delayed till 545 but my plane is still in Orlando at 245pm & estimated to leave at 3pm but doesn't because of repair... (Oh and they don't try to resolve it even though the Orlando 1154am flight doesn't leave till 445) Pay $75 each ticket 2 of them to leave at 445pm 600pm still here & maybe 15 min more even though website says I took off because they overpacked by overcharging & fuel was estimated to low so adding more took 20min to get a truck to the plane But why complain original plane should leave in 2 more hours & all I paid was $150 for 2hrs & a half delay... Never again... |
Was there a reason given for the delay of the 445 flight? If it was anything but weather or FAA hold I suggest you e-mail or better yet snail-mail United customer relations and request a refund of the $150.

so what if it was weather?
I know airlines don't have to do anything when weather delays happen but what happens when weather and extremely poor service happens? I was given misinformation on the phone TWICE by US Air and traveled over 100 miles by car in a rainstorm to get to another airport only to be delayed again and then stuck 70 miles away without transportation to get back? I think they should be responsible for their reps giving WRONG information over the phone!:mad:
