When checking in for a connecting flight in Dallas on September 20th the gate staff was extremely rude and insulting.
In all the years I have flown I have never been insulted or treated with such rudeness.
After reviewing the notes on this log it apprears that this is the Corporate culture with American Airlines.
With such unprofessional people like this I'm concerned about safety.
I will never fly on American Airlines again.
