Unwanted first class seats
Last month we booked roundtrip coach flights from Detroit to Oakland to attend a funeral. The attendant at the checkin helped us get our tickets and seat assignments at the kiosk. She took our credit card which we assumed was to pay for the one checked bag. When we went to board we were surprised that we were in first class, but thought maybe because of the full flight they put us there. Imagine our suprise when we had two $250.00 charges for something called RVU fees when our credit card bill came. We called to inquire and they said we had upgraded our flights. There was never any mention of upgrading flights. We feel we were duped. :mad:
