airBaltic

I bought tickets with airBaltic airlines but this company gave me bus instead of plane:confused: (I thought they joking but they wasn't), it wasn't enough and they send my luggage to onother side of the world with different name  and after all this they even didnt apologise, I do not talk about refund. When pasangers started to ask for refund they couldn't understand differents beetween bus and plain
( And finaly they gave me emergensy pack with toothbrush but there were no toothpaste, may be they thinking that we do not using toothpaste. :DPeople arrived so late and haven't where to stay when they went out of the bus in the middle of the night. So company left them just on the street. Also, some of them without money and food. :( It was very sad to see all this.
And now I will continue my holidays without luggage.:(
I can't be more upset then I am. How do exist that kind of companies ????
People, IF YOU NEED BUS TICKETS FEEL FREE TO BUY IT WITH AIRBALTIC AIRLINES, THEY DO IT VERY WELL WITHOUT ASKING - YOU WANT IT OR NOT.

Is this a sector that is normally operated by bus or was this under irregular operations? For example. There are rouites within France that are actually rail where you fly into the Air France hub and then transfer to a train. This type of operation would be clearly stated on the itinerary. If it was irregular operations you can try to request a refund for the portion of the itinerary which should have been by airm
