Etihad Airways [RQID:1081​33]: Theft of valuables;Claims docs sent multiple times, Bgclaims NOT ready to acknowledge!!

I have sent in all requisite documents for claims addressing Dima / Mrs.Chance from SEP 19th for the 6th time as of OCT 22nd.

On OCT 22nd i sent in seperate emails with the documents attached individually (to reduce the size of the email) May be due to email size it might be going junk/spam folder.

There have been NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT from BaggageClaims for my emails for some strange reason.

I'm starting to susupect this is purposefully done....Again another unpleasent event played out....!! To say the least, I have been harrowing experience with your airline from the time i checked in Chicago in August.............!!
