Flights to and from Brussells BA0396
Thanks BA for doing your best to mess up a great weekend. I paid £150 to transfer my flight from friday to saturday and you cancel it with no refund. I get to the airport to find only 10 staff working in your 30+ customer service points. It takes 2 hours to get to the front a queue and be told to go join another queue. 5 hours later I eventually get away, to Brussels, a distance I could have cycled in that time.
Thanks again for cancelling my return flight. I accept this happens with fog but seriously your communication is awful. I then get to give you feedback and the first question is "Did you reach your destination on your booked flight". The answer was no obviously because you bloody cancelled it. Game Over, not allowed to continue to register my complaint. Well played BA. You win again. I have lost two days of my long weekend and I am an extra £150 out of pocket and no way of getting it back. Again, very well played, You should play Risk, you would be great at it. Chris Smedley. I won't use you again, not reliable enough for me. |
