Virgin America: Unfriendly To Disabled Passengers
 

It is very difficult to get help from Virgin Atlantic if you are a disabled passenger who needs helps upon arriving at the airport if traveling alone. I strongly suggest you consider flying another more established carrier that has it's act together than flying this new airline that is not at all sensitive to special needs.
