very frustrating
 

This happened to my daughter ,on her trip to India from toronto .She was denied boarding in Lufthansa back to toronto via Frankfurt. The issue being the ticket number did not match .This was an exchange ticket cause her original flight was cancelled due to "Sandy " and their was a note in the file saying to honour the coupon .Now she is stuck aty Mumbai airport waiting for them to reissue the ticket once the offices open in the morning .Can you believe this in todays world when communication and tech has gone far and beyond ..
I am here talking to Lufthansa to do some thing ASAP
I am going to demand a compenstion once I am thru ..:( Very frustrating
