Change Of Date - Problems?!
 

Hi,

I booked a ticket for my parents to go aboard with Etihad Airways. When paying and confirming the ticket via the travel agent they said that the ticket dates coming back could be changed.

My parents are still aboard and want to come back a few weeks early, they have contacted Etihad Airways in Pakistan, the country they are visiting, and they have been told that they can not change the date for the return leg of the trip at all, not even if they pay a change fee.

I have checked the companies website and it says that you can change flight dates for a fee, depending on where you are the fee may vary or something along those lines.

I'm trying to get the ticket dates changed for my parents but I am having problems and so are my parents.

Please can you someone give me some advice on what to do with this?
