Frustrated Etihad Silver Guest Number: 100091866173
 

On Dec 1, 12,674 miles were deducted from my account while I was trying to get an Etihad Upgrade AUH-LHE EY241,PNR: 3B9BJ8. This upgrade never occurred because seats were not available for upgrade with miles. Subsequently, I was able to upgrade on this segment through PLUS Upgrade after paying $150. Please see EMD-607-4560031603 0 for details of this upgrade. The agent assured me that the miles would be credited back within 3 days. To date, this credit has not materialized. I wasted considerable time trying to reach a Etihad Guest representative on the phone and this is my third email regarding this problem. Please rectify these problem immediately:

1. Credit my account with 12,674 miles, which were inadvertently deducted for an upgrade that never occurred.
2. Provide proper credit for this segment since it was upgraded to business class after paying $150 to PLUS Upgrade.
