Left luggage in the rain
 

I had a cancelled flight in Philadelphia due to fog on Jan. 13th. When I got home the next day our luggage had not come with us. I was told it would be delivered to our home that evening. Sometime that night (after 11 pm) luggage was delivered and left on our front porch -- uncovered -- in pouring rain. No one knocked or rang the doorbell. By the time I discovered it the next day both bags were of course ruined. I have contacted US Airways and have gotten no response.:mad:

You are in for a battle. Everyone will deny responsibility... photograph the damage to your belongings, ideally video tape it... because this one could end up in small claims court.
