Lost Check in Baggage
 

I traveled from TPA to Chennai last week and three of my Checked in Baggage missed and there was no response from Etihad Representatives They gave some customer care number to follow on tracking the lost checked in baggage. It was not working the number was [044-22561432, 044-22561431] .Also, toll free number 1800-22-3901 & 1800-209-0808 also not working. I had important medicine and dress in it.without this it is very difficult to run my daily life . Pls suggest how to track the missed baggage. It was my worst experience in my air travel history through Etihad airways.I am not sure someone taking care of customer issue.
