staff attitude
to whom it may concern,
dear sir/madam my friend and i have flight ticket from Etihad airlines manila to Istanbul (manila to Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi to Istanbul). because of our special situation (my grandmother is about to die and i am only one who is away from my family), we wanted to go to our country – Turkey. we tried to rebook our flight but unfortunately in the system it seems there is no available seat almost until april 2. therefore we had o choice other than trying the chance fly. however, even though we made ourselves/our case clear, the staffs/workers/officers or director attitude were not nice. they were rude, not responsive/valued to our concerns. Although i tried to call them kindly so many times,they did not respond while they heard. it was my first time to get ticket from Etihad airlines and i must admit that i am not glad from the service of the staff. i never had such problems in using other airlines. (since i live in abroad more than 4 years,i must use airways to go to my country). i hope you can understand our concerns and do something about them. otherwise i will never buy ticket from your airlines. thank you... |
