flying American using Etihad Guest Miles
 

Hello,

I tired to purchase a US domestic travel in American Airlines using Etihad guest miles and I spoke with Etihad customer agent and book the ticket according to her, or she hold it on behalf of me 24 hrs ago and she gave me an record locator. But, according to her she held the ticket, but itienary was not attached to that record locator.

How to trace it down easily in the Etihad system that are working on it or how I could get my reservation booked and done on their end ? I spent last night 4 hrs with them but no use. Please suggest how to straighten this issue ASAP.

I have a record locator for the un-ticketed ticket or un-purchased ticket.
