Lost baggage with a weird twistle
My wife returned from a fly from Argentina. One of the baggage was lost. Same day, we got a private courier with "our" case sent by AA. It was same identification number but was the wrong baggage. Yes, it was other person's case but with our number!!!! We live in Florida and owner's luggage lives at Los Angeles. We know that because her baggage has a tag with her phone number and address. I called that number and left a message but I didn't get an answer yet.
AA have no idea about our luggage whereabouts. Nice organization!. By the way, the survival luggage "lost" all chocolates. No wonder why AA are at bankruptcy. I'll update this complaint as time goes by. |
Update
Lost baggage showed after 2 days of several calls to AA. Many things were stoled  from luggage: games, clothes, candies and tools for pastries. Thiefs robbed just for "sport". It is very clear that there are a criminal organizations inside airports .

Airlines employ or contract large numbers of thieves and liars and they know it. They do not take adequate action to address this. Every time something is stolen from baggage, police should be called. Perhaps something will be done if the sheer scale of this thievery was exposed.
