Lufthansa stole money from my bank
 

In February this year I booked 3 flights from Manchester to Munich for £583. Two a half months later, Lufthansa took ANoTHeR £683 which to date they have refused to give me back whilst they investigate ! I was told three weeks ago they had issued a refund but have not and I'm without the money. Customer service are rubbish and have refused to help me anymore. Anyone help?

Give then notice of 14 days to pay te sum due or you will file suit in small claims, and will seek reimbursement of any additional costs. Then do it. You can file online at https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcome

Let me know when the bailiffs seize one of their jets (it has been done)!! They will lose.

I had something similar happen (it wasn't an airline though) and the company refused to give me a refund, so I reported it to my bank and told them that I had not authorized the transactions. The bank gave me a temporary credit and did an investigation, and the company that was charging my bank account eventually refunded the money
