Cancelled flight
Having booked and paid for a direct flight to and from Kauai six months ago they cancelled my flight. Gave no reason and offered me a two stop return and four hour delay. Now all the good flights are booked and I had no choice but to accept. No compensation. Nothing. Very poor customer service! Won't fly this Airline.

Airlines should be forced to pay compensation where they change a schedule which is less advantageous than the one booked. The one sided nature of contracts is outrageous. If the customer had requested a change, the cost would have been enormous. My suggestion, if the airline makes a change to a flight after a confirmed booking, they must pay in compensation an amount equivalent to the fee they would charge the customer to make a change.

Unfortunately all airlines have the right to change flight schedules like this. They can make you go from a non stop to a connection and even make you overnight somewhere. If there is a big enough change, you are eligible for a refund. Most airlines have a comment or complaint link on their websites. I would definitely recommend you voicing your complaints on there to make sure your voice is heard.
