have you tried calling Etihad customer care number 1800 209 0808. You are lucky if you get to speak to a live agent. I called, waited for a while and left my cell phone on speaker mode while while the IVR was blabbering and I was waiting for an agent to come on the phone line. Ultimately i fell asleep and woke up after a while and was surprised to hear the automatic IVR still speaking and no agent every came online. After an hour the call got automatically disconnected.

this was my second bad experience trying to reach Etihad customer care. From what I understand, the Etihad flights are running with full bookings. When they have their flights full anyways, why the hell will they try to woo or be nice to their customers, money flowing in anyways rite....crap airline
