Lost Bag in Saudi Arabia airlines
 

Dear All,,

i started my journey from Hyderabad, India to Beirut, Lebanon
Transit at Riyadh 09/July/2013

my flight details are SV753 Hyderabad to Riyadh (09/July/20013)
SV643 Riyadh to Beirut

my baggage i didn't received its TAG no : SV472844

same i reported at Beirut airport authorities
they gave me slip containing file reference number
and some phone numbers to contact

after three days i didn't rec'd any phone call from them
they said me that we will call you with in 48 hours

i have lodged a complaint at Saudi airlines web site too i rec'd the reply acknowledgement that they are processing the request to concerned authorities





Please suggest me what to do
