China southern - stucked more than 6 hours on the plane on the tarmac
 

I was on the flight China southern 347 from Guangzhou to Paris on the 15th of November 2012. The pilot was unable to land in Paris due to the weather conditions (however all the other planes landed correctly, we were the only ones). We ended up landing in Amsterdam. But nobody allowed us to get off the plane and we stayed stucked within the plane for 6 hours! At this time I could have catched another plane in order for me to arrive to my destination approximately in time. However, even after 6 hours of waiting, we waited 6 more hours in the airport terminal to get finally a new pilot who would be able to land correctly in Paris.
I asked for a reimbursement of my ticket but the airline refused and now does not dare replying to me.
