Claim Missing AirMiles
 

I had an Etihad reservation to travel through Etihad airlines from Abu dhabi to Toronto by using my Etihad Guest miles.

I cancelled the reservation by phone and I requested to reclaim back my miles and other cost beginning of august with no reply, I sent a request by Email dated 17 august with no action till now
