Jet Blue On-Line Reservation Failure

On 05/28/2013 at 6:53 PM we made a reservation for to fly on Jet Blue flight 775 on Oct 10th from JFK, departing at 9:00pm to MSY arriving at 11:17pm at a cost of $263.90. My daughter was assigned seat 4B.

We found out today that although we have a print-out from our original reservation, the web site never processed our charge card and the reservation was lost. When we called today and spoke with Sydney crew member #31338 we were told there was nothing she could do and refused to allow us to speak with her supervisor or provide name or tel #. She actually accused us of trying to scam her. We re-booked the same flight on the telephone today at a cost of $399.90. We are requesting a refund of the difference between the cost we paid today and the original cost had the web site worked on 05/28/2013.

If you have an email where it is stated that the booking is confirmed and paid , you should have a legitimate case you easily can win.

Small claims court. If you really have a confirmation, printed out at the time, you will win. They will back off before you get to court.
