Emirates Airlines splitting up our family to India!
 

Me and my wife are travelling together with other booking code being DWB6USD/BX7HBJ. The day we booked the ticket I went online to choose seats but the system threw up an error saying contiguos seats are available but asked us to choose seats only via online checkin before flight take-off. The travel agent also spoke with airlines, mentioned that we are family travelling together in PNR. Still you allotted seats way away. Your dubai call centre was snobbish and not helpful at all. We paid 40% more than regular fare on this journey and we get this ****ty service. We travel every year 3 trips to India via emirates. Bad service just like BA was in old days. We will stop flying Emirates from now on. thx. Due to health and language reasons we want to be seated together.

- after numerrous calls to call centre, agent and reservation desk, they have given seat next to each other...not worth the effort
