Worst call center in the whole white world

I flied EY on several occasions and it was amazing; but yesterday I had to change my flight, but couldn't do so thru the website (for reasons i don't know). So I had to revert back to your call center.
That was the worst call center experience I have ever experienced throughout my life!.
I first called the Qtari number, after around 13 min of waiting I thought no one is available (it was around 9 pm). So I called the UAE number, again after 22 min of waiting I had to hang-up as I was concerned about my phone bill!!!
Again, I tried the Qatari number, finally, after around 21 min of waiting, I female agent answered and she was the rudest agent ever, she actually shouted at me for trying to understand what she was saying!!!
I called another time, again had to wait for around 19 min for my call to be attended. Kept explaining to the agent for around 13min about my flight change; he then said that the cost difference will be 2800 AED!!!! Which is impossible as the original ticket cost was 1900 AED.
I tried calling for the final time (almost on the verge of having a heart attack), this time my call was answered in about 8 min.
The guy changed my flight as required, and I had to pay 500 QAR (instead of the 2800 AED suggested by the previous agent).
So in total, I had to spend around 3 hours (from 20:30 till 23:30 Doha time), I lost half of my hair, and removed 5 years of my lifespan in order to do a simple flight change!!! Which I could have done in a minute if the website allowed me.
I'm really really disappointed from an airline that is presumably the "world's best airline for 5 years" to have such a medieval call center.
Probably it won't matter to you, but this would be my last flight on EY. Never ever again!
