Recently booked a return flight to Sydney from Auckland over 1 month in advance. Was informed almost immediately by Lan Airline that flight to Sydney was cancelled and was refunded fare less $90.00 for their cancellation. Been trying ever since to get an explanation for this deduction with no luck. Because of the above cancellation, I requested a refund from Jetstar Airlines that would have been my return flight. They refused point-blank even though I requested almost immediately after making the booking. No amount of pleading made any difference. What a bunch of thieves. Never again will I use Jetstar.

Were both trips on a single ticket? or two separate tickets? Who's ticket stock? and who did you actually pay?
