Daughter's wedding no luggage
Lost luggage for 2 1/2 days, bride's parents had no clothes for dinners, parties - Delta kept promising it on their website every few hours but no show! Couldn't access live human, or even queue up on phone. Delta line went dead. Apparently would not send it to Aspen from Denver on United flights - do they cooperate? Now have spent hours at home trying to make claims on their flawed site. So far they have returned baggage fees. But many lost hours on phone and computer when we should have been with family, guests.
