I just found out my travel funds had expired two days earlier. Do you
think SW Airlines would do the right thing and reinstate them for a short period of time - NO plus they were rude. SW Airlines has commercials
saying how great they are but the are just a bunch of cheap $%#!@.

Be careful if you fly them. Better yet avoid them.:mad:

Better you use your miles BEFORE they expire, and not whine about breaking the rules and abusing THEM because they won't change things just for you.

Why would you think it is the "right thing" for them to ignore their own rules? Whats special about you? That's what rules are for.

Perhaps you should try Delta, United, or even Spirit. I am certain that you will be very happy with their policies regarding cancellation fees and travel fund expiration.
