Surname and first name internchnged & refuced to change
 

Dear team,

I have made booking hyd to Frankfurt via Abu Dhabi with Etihad
First name & surname were interchanged at time booking while booking with a travel agent. Now airlines call center doesn't allow me to change as the flight from hyd to Abu Dhabi is jet airways code share. They advise to cancel and rebook. But these tickets are non refundable.
Kindly advise.
