Delta and lost luggage
 

I have been communicating with Delta about my lost luggage. The Delta process is totally one sided. Its their way or good bye fend for your self. I was on a once in a lifetime trip with my 15 yo nephew and Delta and its partners lost our luggage. For two solid weeks while on the trip I phoned and even got my travel insurance company involved. It was grasshoppers and crickets from Delta and their travel Partner KLM. I am shocked that KLM with the reputation they have would allow suck horrific customer service. I have the email ..... all I got was "I am sorry". No assistance, no phone calls just adios partner! KLM up this point has been a great travel resource but I am no longer able to recommend KLM as a reliable, consistent airline. They decided to dump the whole issue on Delta and we don't need to discuss the absolute failure of the Delta travel team. Its their team and you are just a nuisance. You (the customer) are a problem in the way of their golf game and dinner plans.

Totally disappointed with KLM and Delta
