Missing Miles from SPG Transfer
 

Hello,

Wondering if anyone can help me. I transferred miles from my SPG account to my Etihad account so I could fund a reward trip. I show the miles have left my SPG account but they have not shown up in my Etihad account. I have been waiting almost a week. I sent an email to SPG and they said they show the points leaving and that I should contact Etihad. I have sent several emails that have gone unanswered.

Any direction or help would be appreciated.
