Bags not delivered
Traveled US Air from Los Angeles to Philadelphia via Columbus. Had a 2.5 hour layover in Columbus and 2 of our 3 bags did not make the connection.
US Air was completely indifferent and unapologetic about this problem. They did not offer any assurance our bags would delivered the next morning. They did not offer any compensation. The customer service lounge in Philadelphia was filled with people with the same problem, but on different flights. There were other passengers from our flight with the same problem. Our flight was delayed due to weather. It seems that US Air was more interested in making a quick turnaround than in making sure that all the bags that needed to make the flight made it. |
