Customer Serive
I have tried to make a booking from Manchester to Hyderabad as Round trip by calling to customer care last week on Friday.
The transaction is completed and money is debited from my account but the ticket was not issued, I was assured that money will be refunded within 24 to 48 hours from the time of transaction where it was not happened. I had quite few calls before leaving from India regarding this but I was again said like it was moved to account departments and concerned persons are looking into it. Total of 1004 GBP was debited from my account (2 transactions of 502 GBP each where after 1st transaction customer care said this time it will happen they just think of their money). I am facing lot of problems overseas as my money is completely locked down. I had a word with my bank as per customer care officer request and i was asked some details from Etihad where in-spite of dropping so many mails there was no reply. I dont know why customer need to do all this when it is their system fault This is the worst customer service that i have experienced and i believe never again experiencing. Im feeling like not to use this airline service through out my lifetime Im struggling a lot in a very new place with lack of money due to this etihad people. |
