I was cheated badly by Etihad Airways, I booked a ticket for my family from Abu Dhabi to Frankfurt and since not sure about the return way, I booked it refundable and paid extra charge, after few days we decided to cancel the return and do the refund, but the shocking answer was simply its not refundable!! why? because of hidden rules and conditions that are totally different than what you see on screen!!!
I tried all possible ways to retrieve my rights but useless just been fooled. So beware everybody of the hidden rules.

Hi, I am providing you with the reference just to assure the fact infront of the audience, but actually not expecting any positive feedback especially after trying multiple ways of communication but no succeed and ended up with an email that doesn't have any alternatives or suggestions but blocking all the ways in my face as if telling me "we defeated you".

I already tried my friend all possible direct and indirect ways with but no success!! I also tried face book and Twitter three days Untill now no response, you can see my posts if you login there.

No need to assure, I am very sure from the first time I called customer service and visited your offices!!!

Who provides fake products can easily provide fake promises with "assurance"

Etihad, who cheats people can easily lie.
 

My nightmare started when I booked a round trip ticket from Abu Dhabi - Frankfurt EY7, and since not sure about the return I booked it refundable for an extra charge, when I requested a refund, they refused and denied that option and when asked them about the extra charge I've paid, they simply answered "even the extra charge is unrefundable". They simply let you do the purchase process and pay more for a fake product, “BEWARE”

When someone tells you soon, it's not necessary few hours or days, it can be weeks, months or even years! But be assured that at the end they will get back, don't feel desperate even if they cheated And lied to you, keep smiling and don't be rude ��

Thank you DP, I have tried this option before and got fooled again and again. I am no more more expecting any positive initiative from Etihad as long as they are ignorant about people's rights.
I am only warning people to beware of the hidden devil behind terms and conditions in your online reservation because lately I noticed that many have fell in the same ambush.
