Addition of Sirname instead of initials...
 

Dear ethihad,

We have made an mistake by entring only initials for the sirname instead of full name as per passport copy..

Name on passport : CHAYA HONNENAHALLI GANGA BYRAPPA
But we enteres name as CHAYA Hg.

Booking Date Sun, 28 Sep 2014

Could you please help us in this regard. We are ready to pay the fine.
Please request don't want t cancel the ticket.
this ticket is round trip from Bangalore to Germany.

Thank you very much for the quick response over phone and here...
I and my wife have got call from ethihad UAE and explained about the problem.

Yesterday, 05 November 2014, my wife been to the ethihad office in UB city Vitthal Mallya road, Bengaluru and explained our problem.

In our round trip journey, air Berlin is also involved while travelling from Stuttagart to Abdu dabhi on 18th Dec 2014. so they can't change the surname, but they sent mail to concerned airports whichever we come across during our journey...

They told us go ahead with the current Air ticket. They also said many passengers done this way.
Ethihad officials also told us whenever airport officials open this air ticket they will see my wife's name as listed in passport and not lik e-ticket.

I am wondering is this ok to travel???
because on 18th Dec 2014 we need to fly by Air Berlin from Stuttgart to Abudabi. Air Berlin will accept the mail sent by Ethihad ???
