The worst service
 

Emirates and skywards have the worst customer services, i'm a gold skywards and have been asking for someone to call me for the last 20 days and it seems they are sleeping, their staff will give you wrong information on the phone and it's recorded but no one ever listens to it. And it's almost impossible to get intouch with some who cares. Seems thay all are still sleeping
