TAME Ecuador airline cancels flight without reimbursing
 

Hi!

My wonderful travel to Ecuador was darkened by the intolerable acts of this company.

I booked flight 173 from Quito to Cuenca on January 3rd 2015. They canceled it and offered me a new flight that was not convenient. I booked a new flight with another company instead and asked a reimbursement from TAME.

I received copy an email from their customer service adressed to the reimbursement service asking them to reimburse us. We never received any more news from them despite our numerous emails to them.

That is not the behaviour of a decent airline. We lost our money.

That is sad.

Sorry but if the airline does not book the replacement ticket they do not pay. World wide, all airlines.

I am going to make a prediction: You will not get any further response on this issue as the Airline feels they have responed and they have closed the file.

The only way to procceed is lawsuit, and we both know the expense far out-wieghs the possible compensation.

they will pay!

That was fast!
