AA changing seats
 

Has anyone experienced AA changing your seats on virtually every flight?
On 75% of my flights (I'm Platinum) my seats are changed. Often they are changed AFTER I have checked in online. My seats go from preferred seats, often exit row, to middle seats.

Even when I check and see that they're changed my original seats are often unoccupied. I change them back but invariably the same thing happens and my seats change again.

This is not due to equipment changes or Air Marshals. A representative finally confirmed that there is a computer glitch and for some reason keeps happening to me.

To say this is frustrating is an understatement. This has happened on my last three flights.

Has this happened to anyone or has anyone heard of this?
