Still waiting for credit for cancelled flight - more than 1 month
 

Flying out of O'Hare to Minneapolis on July 2nd for a big family holiday. Flight was cancelled. (1) I am still waiting for credit - I was told it would take 10 or so business days. (2) At the rebooking phone, the person next to me had an AA-booked flight and got $300 plus a free ticket in compensation. I had a US Air booked flight and got $300 - but no free ticket. I inquired twice, was told that US Air doesn't do that and was given 7500 miles - not anywhere near a free flight. And since I missed the visit I'll have to make it up by visiting several people in different parts of the country. I thought that you were one airline?!?!?!?!
