Major problem with United Airline - AVOID
 

To tell you the truth, this company should file for bankruptcy. Three strikes for me and my family the last 2 weeks, broken airplanes (2 in 24 h same flight to Brazil) I lost one day on a 4 day trip. Second trip the week after, a delayed flight with no explanation (they blamed weather, but we could switch to another flight on a clear sky). And now my son is having a problem with another broken airplane and staff with an attitude, he will miss all his connections on a vacation trip.
My advice: AVOID UNITED FOR THE NEXT 6 MONTHS UNTIL THEY SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS.
