Boarding denial
 

Greetings ,
i had a flight from Amman,Jordan to Chicago via frankfurt , when i arrived to Amman airport the flight representatives denied my boarding and claimed that i have immigration problems , even though i have a visitor B1/B2 visa ,
i contacted the US embassy and they said that my visa is still valid and no problems with it
can it be the airlines fault ? what should i do in this case ?

What are you looking for? A refund of your money? Just a new flight? You are going to have to be clear about your requirements.

What have you done so far? I suggest your first step should be to call the airline, explain what happened and tell them what you want.. its possible that they may just go ahead and satisfy you and then its all done...

What kind of passport do you have, did you google timatic to see what
the travel requirements for your trip?

I talked with the airlines and they told me i have a problem with the US immigration , i talked with the US embassy and they told me that i dont have a problem with my visa . So where is the problem ?
